Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club

Terms of Participation

Homecoming 25 · Sept 25-27, 2026 · Indo Asia Heritage, Coorg

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club (RTMC) “Homecoming 25” event, administered by the RTMC Organizing Committee. The Event is scheduled to take place from the 25th of September 2026 through the 27th of September 2026 at the Indo Asia Heritage Resort, Coorg, and the Indo Asia Heritage Hotel, Madikeri. By registering for the Event, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between you (Rider/Attendee) and RTMC.

  1. Entry Requirements: Each rider must complete, sign, and accept the designated Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver upon registration and arrival. Riders must possess a valid driver's license and all required motorcycle documentation (e.g., registration, active motor vehicle insurance) if riding to the venue. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person found carrying prohibited items, firearms, or illegal substances. Compliance with all local laws is mandatory.
  2. Registration & Payments: Participation requires payment of the stipulated registration fee in full, which is strictly non-refundable. Registration via the official website (https://rtmc.in) will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment and UTR verification by the committee. Registrations are executed on a strict "First-Come, First-Served" basis.
  3. Liability Waiver & Insurance: By participating, you waive any claims against RTMC, its member clubs, administrators, directors, officers, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and venue partners for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from your participation. You accept all inherent risks of motorcycling and agree not to seek compensation for any loss or damage caused by your actions or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. The Organizing Committee strongly recommends comprehensive motorcycle insurance and personal accident coverage tailored for highway riding and the hilly Coorg terrain.
  4. Property Damage & Financial Liability: Riders, pillions, and attendees are strictly responsible for any damage to venue property, resort infrastructure, or equipment caused by their actions or negligence at either Indo Asia Heritage property. The RTMC Organizing Committee reserves the right to charge the responsible individual directly for any and all repair costs, with damages assessed by the Indo Asia Heritage management.
  5. Conduct, Safety & Venue Logistics: All participants must adhere to the Committee's safety guidelines, including wearing helmets and appropriate riding gear at all times while operating a motorcycle. Vehicle Lockdown: For safety and liability reasons, no personal motorcycles or cars will be allowed to exit or enter the Main Venue gates after 7:00 PM. Attendees staying at the alternate hotel must use the official shuttles to return to their rooms. Operating a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited. The Committee reserves the right to disqualify or remove individuals for unsafe or disruptive behavior, with no refund provided.
  6. Cancellation & Transfer Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or non-attendance. Ticket transfer requests may be considered on a strict case-by-case basis, subject to Committee approval, and must be submitted prior to the Event. Approval is not guaranteed. No refunds will be processed for events or merchandise sales.
  7. Event Changes: RTMC reserves the right to alter the Event schedule, activities, or venue arrangements due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be posted on rtmc.in or communicated directly via the registered WhatsApp numbers. No compensation will be offered for changes beyond the Committee's control.
  8. Media and Publicity: By participating, you grant RTMC permission to use your image, voice, or likeness in Event-related media for promotional and archival purposes without further consent or compensation. Participants may not use Event footage or RTMC branding for commercial purposes without written approval from the Committee.
  9. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  10. Contact Information: For queries or support, please contact the RTMC 25A Organizing Committee via the official WhatsApp group or reach out through https://rtmc.in.
